Maurice Good

Maurice Good was an American actor born on June 8, 1932, in Dublin, Ireland. He is best known for his roles in “Doctor Who,” “The Avengers,” and “Pretenders.” Good had a successful career in acting, directing, and teaching drama.

Maurice Good was married to Susan Malley until his death on May 10, 2013. He worked as a drama teacher at Sir Wilfred Grenfell College at the Memorial University of Newfoundland starting in 1989. In addition to teaching, he contributed to the arts as a playwright and authored a journal titled “Every Inch a Lear,” documenting a production of “King Lear” with Peter Ustinov.
